east coast outfitter / mountaineering boots

i'm hoping all you resourceful/knowledgeable folks can help me -- i live in raleigh, nc and the local oufitters do not carry any winter mountaineering boots. the rei nearby only had one model, and it was unisex (la sportiva glacier?). i'm looking for a boot for use with crampons, insulated, but still with some flex for hiking too -- all for a woman with low volume feet and narrow heel.
i'll soon be heading up to minnesota, and crossing the appalachians, then maybe over the lakes and come down through new hampshire. (roadtrip, with lots of hiking/camping).
does anyone have any recommendations for specific brand/model/outfitter/website?
