Cloud9 refers everyone to Joyce and Sally in this area.

They are two doors down from Blueberry patch.

I can't say enough good things about Joyce and Sally. Very reliable, flexible and fun to be around. Just made arrangements today to use them the end of April for a shuttle to Neels Gap and a vehicle staging at Deep Gap. Service with a smile. :)

Joyce, let me suggest that you also get added the Shuttler List (http://www.appalachiantrail.org/atf/cf/{D25B4747-42A3-4302-8D48-EF35C0B0D9F1}/ATshuttleWEB_Nov%20%2026_2007.pdf) that the ATC maintains.

Joyce.. Do you give rides to FS42? I will be getting into town on 3-24 in the evening sometime and I wanted to get to Springer by the night so I can start first thing on the 25th. Can you help me out or know someone that can?

I'm in the need for a shuttle, but may be okay with Brian from hikes247.com I am curious if you charge, ask for donations to cover gas, or are beneficent beyond measure? PM if you'd rather detail there.

I can vouch for Joyce. Last year I was referred to them while holing up injured at Cloud Nine. Even though she had just made a run to Atlanta when she got back she took me to the Amtrak Station and helped me with what I needed to do since I had never ridden a bus before other than to High School and was totally clueless. I felt very comfortable and she even had me E-mail her when I got home so she knew I made it safely. Thanks again Joyce.
