Happy birthday also. I have not red the book yet when it warms up find a nice tree have a brew go at it this is when you was in Rutland VT. My book is singed 2 times once in back got on line then in front in person.

A belated Happy Birthday, Jan. My computer was down for the last two days while Dell sent me some new disks. It did give me a chance to read your book YET AGAIN. I still enjoyed it as much on the fourth read.

How to include photos in the post, thanks to Tin Man!
The picture needs to exist on a website and have a public url. Use the "insert image" button on the edit or reply screen. Then copy/paste the url for the image.
If you have the picture on your PC, you will need to upload it somewhere before you can use the insert image button. One way to do it is use the attachment button to upload the image, then copy the resulting url into the insert image dialogue, then delete the attachment.
Ok that's basically what Tin Man told me and it works. I had no problem with the old Erwin photos which were taken on a one-use 35mm camera. I do have problems when I try to use my digital photos. Sometimes the filesize is too big. I can crop and save and that works, but when the picture shows up in the post, it's very big! I don't know how to size it down.
There are some thread that deal specifically with photos, but I haven't had time to work with it. I'm not real computer savvy, but I'm learning.
I am very thankful for the opportunity to have stayed at Miss Janet's. She's a special lady and I hope her plans for the Erwin Hiking Center come to be in the future.
