I carry no repair kit, although I might bring along a needle and floss this summer.

I carry a small repair kit made by Adventure Medical Kits:

Duct tape (flat pack)
Blanket pin
4 x 6 nylon fabric
4 x 6 nylon screen
2 x 3 ripstop fabic with adhesive backing
2 x 3 fine sandpaper
alcohol prep pad
hot glue stick
3 buttons (different sizes)
thread
3 safety pins
3 sewing needles
2 sewing pins
2 zip ties
1 clevis pin and ring for external frame packs
plastic buckle
cord lock

Duct Tape (around poles)
rope (for bear bagging as well)
spare shirt (for large wounds, etc..)
tiny leatherman... I think its called the Mini-Buck. It has a tiny knife, tiny pliars, etc...
2 needles and a tiny spool of thread. Imperative if you are hiking with a lightweight pack. They can get dammaged easily.

Duct tape, needle & thread, small knife, 2 saftey pins.

And actually, I'm surprised at that. I thought it was more stuff :-? But that is what is on all of my lists and in my pack as we speak.
