3-4 days hike

Me and my dad are going on a hike this summer (middle of June), we need a reccomendation on where to hike we are looking for about 40-45 miles, a 3-4 or even 5 days hike, we perferably would like it to be in the NC/TN area, GA is also welcome, thanks, i have also posted a thread on gear http://www.whiteblaze.net/forum/showthread.php?p=573179#post573179

Winding stair to Stecoah Gap or Fontana...or take your time and stop at Nantahala. Have a great hike and enjoy the time with your Dad...my Dad is now in a wheelchair but we often chat and smile about our time on the AT....enjoy the time together...it's all good!!!
