Ive been looking for a good website (or any other info)for the MST and Im not having that much luck. This is the best one Ive found http://www.ncmst.org/trailinfo.htm
Sorry If I ticked anyone off since its not AT but any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a whole forum for "Other Long Trails" and many of them have a sub-forum. The one you're commenting on does not but there may be threads about it in the "Other Trails" sub-forum.

I've been section hiking the MST and have done about 200 miles of it to date. If you're interested in a hiker's perspective or need a shuttle (in/near Greensboro area or at the beach near Nag's Head), give me a call (cell 757-817-1472).
