i made a bunch of freezer bag meals, and i also dehydrated some canned chicken for some of them. my question is, for some of the meals that sarbar has, calls for a can or pouch of chicken. what would the difference in water be if i added dehydrated chicken instead? a 1/4 cup more?

Same amount of water as the dry chicken :) So a 1:1 ratio usually works out great. Give the meal about 15 minutes time in your cozy.
