Does anyone know what this part of the Platypus drinking tube is called and where to purchase one?

I think I have found every Platy accessory except the one highlighted in the picture!

Thanks.

You might call it a "tube connection cap". They don't sell it separately, but you might call and ask about it, maybe they will send you one. 800-531-9531

The cap to hose connector? I can't say I've seen that sold separately. If yours has failed, I'll bet they'll replace it free. I've had the bladder replaced for free before. Try calling customer service.

Well, I don't know what it's officially called. It's definitely a "cap" of some sort.

I've never seen that part sold separately at outfitters anyway. I would call. They have a lifetime warranty.

Was it the water filter link (http://www.campmor.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?productId=61558&memberId=12500226&storeId=226&catalogId=40000000226&langId=-1)? It would probably work, although the barb might be smaller. I'm getting older 'cause I have one of those and didn't think of it earlier.

Wow. the black part of the connector looks really small. Any experience with connecting to the Platy tube or the Camelbak tube?

I remember buying one at REI as well. Probably over four years ago or more and I don't remember the name either. :datz
