Hey Everyone. I am leaving from bear mountain and heading north on july 14th. I don't plan on stopping for 6 weeks. Do you guys think there will be alot of thru hikers going thru this area when I start? I started hiking north last summer around early May in Virginia (Frnot Royal) and met alot of thru hikers who were around the middle to front of the pack. I was just wondering wheter the same would be true when I start in Ny in July.
