Hello again...

Let's get together for breakfast and a group photo at Trail Days. :sun

Let's discuss times, Sunday morning I think would be best, 10:00 a.m. ? Then we can talk group photo afterwards.

Even if we don't do breakfast, let's do the group photo, I know it's hard organizing breakfast and last year it didn't work out for whatever reasons.

Where?

Great idea, Starlyte! If everyone BYOB (Bring Your Own Breakfast), it wouldn't be too tough an organizational problem.

Give everyone a hug for me... unfortunately, I can't afford both Traildays and a hike this year, so my hike takes precedence. Antsy for July to hurry up and get here!

I'll be long gone by 10 AM on Sunday...since I'm supposed to be at work in Philly by 11 PM. Last year we left around 9 or so... :(

I'm with Red Hat. My hike starts May 25th and I just can't swing trail days and the hike. The Shrubbery is financing my hike this year, as a garage sale just ain't gonna happen. Blew a wad in Key West this past week too, so I've got to start skrimping and saving. Only three weeks YIKES !!!!!!!

Camo we'll have Dino photoshop your head in the picture.

The river behind the Old Mill is so perfect LW.

We'll wait for most to respond before we agree on a time. Wasn't it 10am last year, and the year before...? I don't care what time. Or location. It's up to the majority.

And most Billvillians will wake for a group photo :D

...and you know the river behind the Mill is about 30 feet from the Post Office...;) in the past people gathered for a half hour or so.(not everyone showed up the exact same minute.) but you dont want to wait til the last minute either,if you don't have a vehicle they need to place people with rides and make room for everyone. if your driving yeah you could wait til the last minute and when all the cars start to pull out, just follow along. sign up in the park and get more details. :)

We will probably have a lot WBers at Hardcore, unless we do one there as well. We can some WB moments of members working on trail. Plus it would be fun get pull the Peoples into the photo.

Hardcore is a volunteer Trail project that occurs directly after Trail Days. It is coordinated by Bob Peoples. Volunteers are "enlisted" before and during Trail Days. Sometimes it's building a shelter (that was last year) Trail relocation, could be anything that Bob has up his sleeve ;) But I know one thing, it's a big event and lots of hikers want to be involved.

They designate a time and place to meet and then everyone drives to the location or a predetermined location to rest first and pig out on great food.

It takes a special person to volunteer to work on or maintain the Trail.

I'm thinking if Hardcore is meeting at the Post Office at 9:30 Bob won't mind if we have a group photo at 10:00 a.m.

Maybe we can work out breakfast after that, or coffee. Or a beer for some of you :-?

Yes, it is, so I won't be there. I'll be at the post office picking up volunteers. If anyone wants a picture of me then come to the post office. Hey, wait, that doesn't sound right. My picture is probably already at the post office!

Red Wolf, to eat at Cowboys, you have to buy something there not just getting hot water for your tea.!!! Cowboys get too crowded with paying customers to have you free loading all moringing. Please buy something..

Is this for everyone who's WB member? I might make it up there either Saturday or Sunday. But if the photo and all is for all WBs then I'd rather go up on Sunday. I know we'd miss the parade and probably some other good stuff on Saturday. It's a 3 + hour drive and I can only spend one day. :(

This is for all Whiteblaze.net'ers. You got it right :sun

It will be great meeting you should you attend.

So far, we're shooting for 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning at the river behind the Damascus Old Mill. The DOM sits behind the Post Office.

We could meet at the booth that Awol and I have and then do a group photo over behind the Hammock booths. There should be room behind there.
