Well, when that the happens, the mods should either delete the inappropriate responses move just those responses to the sensitive forum. This is a topic I believe should be available to all of us. There's always a few bad apples that have to spoil it for the rest.

Actually I totally disagree. Some people come on this site and don't want to read it - especially when folks start talking about castration, guns, raping prisoners, etc. We get complaints about stuff like this from folks that come here to hear about hiking, not some of the crap that starts after the topic comes out.
So, we have a place you can volunteer to join if you want to read about it. It is available to you all - if you want it to be.
Check group memberships and look for sensitive trail topics. It is easy.

To join the group that Sensitive Trail Topics is in members must be Donating Members... Same with the Political/World Abroad area. I just had to deny membership to two members that tried to join because they are not donating members... sorry about that.
