those fries last a day or two. The grease from the fryer and the bacon help to preserve them a bit. So good.

Nooooooooooooo ... I love those fries. I usually consume them in two sittings: at dinner and then lunch the next day. I share with no fewer than three other people at each sitting.

There's generally a bloomin' onion stand with the food vendors at Boiling Springs' Foundry Day, always the same date as National Trails Day which would be June 7 this year. Those make the Outback onions look light!

However, usually there are additional interesting choices down the food street, more so than your typical small-town festival. The food stands are across the lake from the Trail, and up a side street away from the expensive crafts. Follow the crowd and your nose if you happen to stumble into Boiling Springs midday on the 7th.

The chipotle one isnt bad. Its just alot of calories. Its high in protein 2. Just because something has alot of calories doesnt mean its unhealthy.
