Reading all the arguments going on here are humorous and all, but I was thinking about a way to cut out the arguments. So let's play a game.

If you're talking about the pond and flowers (not the privy) -- nope nope and nope. Don't know about you boys and girls but it's the only place I saw wild iris on the trail. Another hint: it's south of the Whites... just barely.

Dat's the one! Nicely done. Possibly called "Goose Pond" -- but in any case, it's just off Goose Pond Road, which is just before you ascend Holt's Ledge nobo.

Yep. It's an unnamed beaver pond on Hewes Brook - Goose Pond is further east. Just off to the right (NOBO) on the locally named Holt's Ledge Trail about a 1/4 mile off Goose Pond Rd. in Lyme, NH. Was there two weeks ago. My daughter slipped off one of the logs going through the boggy area there and got her trailname - Soggyfeet.
