I did a small section from Perisburg va > front royal VA this spring. I hiked pass this large rock called Hay Rock(I believe) right before Daleville.'
When I passed this spot I was disgusted, what I assume is the local youth "reping" their high schools or something, the entire underside of this rock was spray painted.
Honestly what the hell is wrong with these people? go spray paint a building or something, don't come into a place you obviously don't understand and destroy it.
I believe the surrounding community should be held responsible for the clean up of this spot. The schools that are represented on this rock should be billed.
