Money On The Trip

Ok so what is the general amount of money i should expect to need. Figuring I am using mail drops for the bulk of my resupply. How much should i plan for a 1 day town visit if i am eating 2 meals and staying in a hostel. How much money should i bring on the trail for emergancies...etc.....

Hostels generally run $10 to $15 per night. To figure meal costs, why not figure out how much you spend now to buy breakfast and a dinner.

Now, in addition to bunk and meals, you will probably spend money on laundry, snacks, and misc supplies also. And of course, groceries for your next leg.
