Does anyone know a work out plan designed for backpacking that includes streches ect

logged in as BF. I plan to hike with him and prepared by wearing a backback for flat land hikes up to ten miles per day and adding a brick each week until it reached 18 pounds. Prior to the hike I stretched the same as if I was going to run or fast walk. Then start out at a leisurely pace for the first five minutes - increasing speed gradually until your muscles are warmed up. It took six weeks to get the back pack up to 18 pounds. R&R

I trained alot at a local YMCA and they have a Mobile fit program that did wonders for me, lost 30 pounds and walked out here in better shape than I have ever been in. Also did Yoga and it really has helped me out here
