I live in Gwinnett County (Lawrenceville, Georgia). I love to hike in the Cohutta Wilderness and do so about 6-10 time a year, generally going solo and spending one or two nights on the weekend. With the cost of gasoline going up so much, I feel it only responsible to see it there is a resource other that my truck carrying only me all the way to Blue Ridge or Ellijay. Does anybody have any suggestions.....sharing a ride? I don't particularly want to hike/camp with someone, just reduce the cost of tranportation from Lawrenceville.
