View Full Version : Bear at Lost Mountain shelter
According to the shelter register, this young bear has been a regular lately. I saw him on 6/19/08 as I was taking down my hammock. I tried to scare it away but it showed no fear. If I hadn't picked up my stuff and left, I believe this bear would have walked right up to my pack with me next to it.

they're hunted in this area. it'll be dead soon enuf
