Great article. Very inspiring. I'm planning to do the AT next year, which will be my first long distance hike. If all goes well I plan the do the Pacific Crest and Continental Divide within 5 -7 years. In the words of Billy Goat,"We're only here for a short while. Time runs out on us," he said. "When we're in our 30s, we think we have lots of time. I'll do things later, we say. But now is later."
