Relocation south of Telephone Pioneers Shelter

Volunteers from the New York-New Jersey Trail Conference are working on a short relo between West Mountain and Telephone Pioneers Shelter. A portion of this relo was recently opened, and the remainder should be open by then end of the summer. This relo adds switchbacks to a steep hill; mileage change will be a 0.2 mi. increase.

Thanks for your work. But I must say that in terms of alleviating steepness through new switchbacks, the other West Mountain in NY (Harriman Park) has a greater need. :D
