that bag does not exist. at that temp rating you're looking at down for the wt, gets expensive.
personally i own the marmot pinnacle 15* 2lbs 8oz and on sale for $199.
many people on WB like this bag, but you get what you pay for:

Well, mine's outta your price range, but is by far the lightest. Look into the brand Feathered Friends, they run out of Seattle, and hand make all their bags. They have several good ones for the right price. Mine is $334 but it weighs 11 ounces and is rated to 20*

Synthetic?
Interestingly it doesn't mention. I'll call them Monday to find that out. Here's a link:

Oh, and I messed up my original post, meant to say 1.11lbs. not just 11 ounces

Looks like they are all down. I could be missing something though.

I don't truly know. But they are well known, very reliable, and unbelievably friendly to work with. There prices are up there, but consider that every item is made from scratch with a great warranty.

be sure to check out the loft of the bag vs the loft of other bags for the same temp.
You might be able to find a top bag that weighs about that much, but I don't think you'll be able to find anything else that is reliably rated and makes that weight

This bag (http://www.llbean.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CategoryDisplay?page=katahdin-climashield-sleeping-bag&categoryId=48801&storeId=1&catalogId=1&langId=-1&parentCategory=500148&cat4=1097&shop_method=pp&feat=500148-tn&np=Y)is about 7oz more than you want, but the price is right. LL Bean does make decent synthetic bags. I have a similar bag that is still in great shape after 8 years of use. Bean's gear is heavier than most, but it won't empty your bank account.
This is the bargain for synthetic sleeping covers:

The materials supplied are top-notch, and the price is incredible.
That said, you do have to supply the labor yourself, and you have to adjust to using a quilt, not a bag.

You might be able to get something to 20 degrees at that weight if you're willing to consider quilts. Otherwise in the 2-2.5 lb range you're looking at 30 degree bags on the low side. The Fission is a 30 degree bag despite what they advertise. Marmot Pounder Plus is a 35 degree bag. Cats Meow is a 30 degree bag.
Your best option is a 30 degree bag combined with insulated jacket and pants (for synthetic).
Why do you want a synthetic bag? Is price the main factor?
At that price range I'd probably get the REI Sub Kilo which is a 750 fill power 20 degree down bag just under 2 lbs.
