Anyone know how many miles from the North end of the SNP on the AT down to the road that takes you to Luray?

Are you talking trail mileage or car? For trail, I believe you enter the park shortly after the Tom Floyd Wayside shelter, and from there to 211 is 24.8 miles

possums rest overlook (S.N.P. NORTHERN BOUNDARY) 3.6 miles south of US #522 front royal. or .7 miles south of tom floyd wayside. 24.1 miles to lurray(thornton gap US #211) by trail
By trail, sorry for not being clear about it, about 24 miles? What is the distance to the next big road intersection? Can't get my hands on a map thanks for your info!

211 to Swift Run Gap (33) is 34.6 miles
