q4t. i've been part of the myspace cult forEVER, but created a facebook account today because of this group.
Damn Facebook...but it's such an easy way to stay in touch with old/distant friends! Count me in.

Great, I just joined.
It would take an AT '09 hiker's page to get me to join FACEBOOK. Thanks a LOT, Karen :>) My kids are going to be so proud....once they stop laughing. I have officially joined the 21st century! Now if I can just figure out how to post a picture....

Hello all. Haven't posted much yet but I've been lurking. Joined the facebook group. Planning on leaving sometime near the end of March. Assembling all my gear now. My tarptent just came in the mail today!
