I must commend this company. I had a problem with my 9 month old targhee boots and dropped an e-mail asking a simple question about an easy repair. With that they offered to replace my shoes at no cost, none, zip, to me, not even shipping!

We all complain about stuff so I wanted to praise a responsive company and pass the word. Thanks Keen! ankh
