Does anyone know the current condition of the water sources along the trail between Damascus and the Mt. Rogers HQ?

Looking at the creeks, my guess is that the water is low. OTOH, the weather is perfect, quite cool. I'd carry water but not worry too much about dying of thirst along the way.--Kinnickinic
