Hello! I'm a woman from North Carolina seeking another woman to plan with and hike the AT with. I would be interested in possibly sharing gear and coordinating with planning. I've been scanning this site to see who might be going south around June or July of 2009. I wanted to leave in June and will probably do so solo (although, unfortunately, I'm also a 6'2, 230 pound male who is positive and hilarious according to my three ex-wives and multiple marriage counselors). The child support will soon be paid ahead until 2013 and then I'll be ready to go. I hope you find a female to accompany you and I look forward to crossing both of your paths sometime in 2009.
