Views or not?

We are fixing to hike from Clingman's Dome to Gregory's Bald and then down to Cade's Cove. Is there plenty of views on that stretch of the AT? Can you see Cade's Cove from the trail? Or am I going to be in the trees the whole time?

Clingman's Dome is the highest point on the AT.

I was really wondering about the rest of that stretch after I left Clingman's Dome. Am I going to have plenty of views or are the views blocked by trees most of the time.

Good views from the Dome down the 1st 2miles of trail then great views from Thunderhead Mtn & Spence Field as well as Gregory Bald have a nice hike...........
