I am at my local library right now i found a copy of winfoot thur-hiker book
for the year 1991. i know a lot of folks don't like him but i got the book just to see how many thing have change since them a whole lot

I have one from '93. Interesting to see the changes.

I got a copy on eBay from that time period. Originally went by the name: Philosophers Guide.

It certainly proves change is constant. But is also nice to know that a few good things are still around...Elmers, Shaws, Church at DWG and the hostel in Pearisburg.
