List of outfitters on/near the AT?

Has anyone compiled a list of all the outfitters on/ near the AT? This could be a useful resource for many I think. I'm guessing the list wouldn't be that long.

all the outfitters are in the various guidebooks, like The Companion, and in Jack's article (http://www.whiteblaze.net/index.php?page=resupplypart1) here too I believe.

As far as the data extracted on it's own, don't know about that
