Hi friends,
My husband and are are looking to do a 4-5 day section hike in Maine. We haven't hiked in a while, so are looking for some easy-intermediate hiking. I know Maine is not necessarily the place for easy hiking, but we're up for a do-able challenge. We also don't mind taking it a bit slow if need be. Looking for something beautiful, preferably with some water. If you can offer some ideas, that would be super helpful.
We don't have equipment for fording rivers or dealing with ice. Anybody know what the weather is like these days? We'll be going the week of Sept. 21st.
