Nice photo Kirby. I may have more things on my plate this fall so I'm not sure I'll have the time for a photo contest. Hopefully though..

Which reminds me, I still have a few of the 2008 calenders that Dixicritter had made up for all photographers of all the pictures I used. Problem is I forgot who got them and who didn't.

Click on "my images" near my screen name. I have three photos on this site, and two of them are Katahdin summit, the other is from the whites.

As long as it wasn't "Hiking towards the light" - might have a different implication than intended.:D

Can you tell us where specifically it was taken?

My friend and I woke up at the normal early hour from Lakes of The Clouds and realized the summit of Washington was clear, so we packed up quickly and began our approach to the summit. This photo was taken on that approach. The photographers name is Nate.
