Saw these little grommets...

Hi all, I saw these grommets on the quilt for sale posted by Bear The Dog:

Can anyone give me some info on them? I think they would work a lot better than sewing a button hole for the drawcord on things like stuffsacks. But I can't find out where they come from, if they require any special tools to install, or if they would even work for this. :-? Any info anyone has would be great!

I have bought grommets, and the tool to install them years ago at Wal-mart in the art & crafts section. The ones I bought were larger than those pictured, about nickel size. I don't remember if they offered different sizes. but I'm sure you can get them somewhere. :o

Jeffjenn...try WalMart. I purchased grommets that size for a project just a few months ago from my local Wally World. They were black in color. Yes, they require a striker and anvil...these are just metal tools they sell right next to the grommets. In the arts and crafts section. Very cheap. The whole sebang didn't cost more than a few bucks. Good luck.
