His last mail drop was to be picked up on the 26th - he should be done and/or recovering from the celebration of being done - I havn't heard but it is an educated guess.
Just finished up the PCT Sept 27 and I believe he has as already finished.

I care as he is a freind of mine for many years and was curious as I am almost done with my hike and thought we could meet up for a celebration toast.

That, my friend, was my concern as I got snowed out for a day in Eastern CA.
30 degrees, sleet and snow, but now its all pretty again and I knew they had some heavy weather going on up there.
Still snow on MTNS around Tahoe

Hi to you, Rif-Raf. Jester arrived home on Wednesday night and took off on Thursday night to drive to the Doyle to meet Jack, Matty and the Dude - and from there to drive to the Gathering with them. He'll probably be back tonight. Hope everything is well with you.

He was at the PCT workshop at The Gathering - great hearing some of the stories and advice.

Jester looks great, tho the beard takes some getting used to. Am expecting to see the old Jester next time, unless of course he elects to sail thru life looking like an underfed, graying Confederate general.
Actually, for those interested, he really looks great, tho a bit thin, and he had a wonderful trip. We'll see if we can fatten him up next time we see him, which'll most likely be Trashgiving in early December up here in New Hampshire.
