I've "raided" the local Taco Bell for hot sauces, although it's not salsa. Also, I've ordered Old El Paso picante sauce from minimus.biz. They both have satisfied my craving for Tex Mex while on the trail.

Packit Gourmet (http://www.packitgourmet.com/Salsa-c46.html) has organic chunky salsa in packets and small packets of Tabasco and Cholula.

Them and Minimus. Though Packit has a better selection of salsa.

McDonalds has great salsa for their burritos. And all you have to do is ask!

I have dehydratd salsa for chili. It looks like fruit roll ups but really does great once you add water. So it packs well.
