Does anyone know if I will be notified when when my donation membership status is up and it's time for me to donate once more? I forget when I donated.

Pretty sure I got a message to that effect. If in doubt you can always send a note to ATTroll and he'll let you know.

I don't recall getting a notice, but I try to keep up annually, based on my join date. Your join date, 9-24-06, is stated in the header of your post. As Footslogger suggested, PM ATTroll
The way it works is that Attrol sends his ex-con brother in law Bruno to your door and he "requests" that you renew right away. Either that or your can go to your user profile, look under 'paid subscriptions', and it'll tell you the date.

Here's the notice. It would appear if you lose any of the privilages your donation has run out..
Here is listing of extended options you will recieve as a donationing member.
• Can edit your own post for up to 15 days
• Upgrade your PM storage to 120 PM's
• Upload your own custom avatar

I definitely got a reminder email. So either I'm special (not likely) or just considered unreliable (more likely). Or...that is the standard procedure and you will get a reminder.

I was notified, but with quite short notice. I like to pay these things through a bank bill paying service. But by the time I gathered all the information the bank needs and waited five days for the bank to do its thing, my editing rights were cancelled.
The same thing happens when you get moderated, but that's another story. And won't impact responsible folks like Lone Wolf. :), I'm sure.

This will display the start and expiration dates of your paid membership.
