Ron ~ you da man.

Nice that you show both trouble spots - the first parking lot you run into at FS 71, and the second grassy field.

Problem is that, especially down near the campground, everything is a blue blaze! :D

Problem is that, especially down near the campground, everything is a blue blaze! :DYes those red spots are the ones where you can get lost. The trail club should let me hike that trail and mark it a little better for them.In my opinion it is one of the prettiest little blue blaze trails I have ever been on in these parts.

Good job Ron. I could have used that last week. The directions you gave online somewhere helped me get through with no problems. Thanks again.

I expect printed handouts at the Christmas party. :D

Good job! I've done that trail 3 times this year and really enjoy it every time. It is beautiful.

good map, Ron. I cheat on this trail a bit and usually just hike through the campground and pick up the trail there by the grassy field. Skip one of those PUDS that goes around the campground and then comes back to the grassy field.

All of you are welcome but I am just ashamed of my art work.If it helps is what it is for.Roots there may be some who come to the Christmas Party who want to hike the Kimsey Creek.I think the forest service roads are open until Jan 1st.

One tiny question. Is "north" at the top?

I'm thinking that north is at the bottom of the map. approximately that is.
