From Waynesboro to Harpers Ferry, about 12-14 day hike for me, like to carry 3 days food only, where are the resupply spots close to the trail. Not picky on trail food.

what time of year, vendors in SNP are closed off season

SNP vendors, Front Royal, Bears Den Hostel, Luray
Those are the only ones I'm aware of. Any of the guidebooks should have good info.

Front Royal, for sure. In summer, you can resupply from the stores in SNP. Dunno about winter. There's a mini-mart and small pub/restaurant 0.3 off the trail at Keys Gap. There's the Horseshoe Curve restaurant 0.3 off the trail at Snickers Gap.
