How do you create a poll question?

I looked in the FAQ section for instructions on creating polls, but I'm not sure I understand.

When you open the post new thread page there is a top section where you specify a title and ask your question followed by submit and preview options, and a bottom section with additional options including and area to check for posting a poll and specifying the number of poll options.

How do you open the Create Poll page?

you check it. Then, save, it opens the create poll page. The admins can set the maximum number of options you can post. It is sort of like adding photos...
