View Full Version : Brooklyns EZ surgery
this message is to all AT hikers and friends to let you know , and to ask you to keep my dad , EZ in your thoughts and prayers today and in the following weeks ahead. My father , who we all love is having a triple by-pass surgery today. I am confident that he will be fine, because EZ is in good physical shape being that he is an avid hiker, exersiser, and jogger. But there is always a risk with these kinds of operations. His family will be with him today and Im sure it will comfort him knowing that his friends will be thinking of him. If anyone would like to send him a note , do so , and ill print it out and give it to him in the following days ahead in his recovery. thanks for being a friend. Danny LIGHTNINGBOLT

Yup, if the Mets September collapse didn't finish him the last 2 seasons, he'll come through just fine. This Yankee fan wishes him well.

Life is good! Actually went to a pre St. Patty's Day party last night and had a few with the old crew in Brooklyn. On the mend, almost back to normal whatever that is (at 63). Hope to hike in May. Life is good! And THANKS Marsha!
