I needed some extra sleeping space for Christmas. So I built the sheepdog shelter in the basement. It holds a queen sized inflatable matress. Great for inlaws, kids, hiker trash and other vermin. I will customize it with a few signs, and maybe some food bag hangers complete with tuna cans.

Fine wiring job. Nice touch with the woodpecker.

I am guessing you will trim out the plywood to prevent splinters.

I had to move the plug and will reroute the wiring. I lightly sanded the RB&B to remove splinters. I am still thinking about weather to stain it or leave it natural.

nice, from what i understand alot of males majored in foozball during college along with many other things besides schooling. by the way your sheepshed looks wonderfull. i also like the pineboard look you put up on the existing walls of the basement. i built a deck along side my camper and went with the pineboard look as a finishing touch..

Some sort of matte sealant would really make that rb&b pop. Even a swipe of Minwax stain, no poly on top. I have used Polyshades once, it is easy, but not the same results.

Foozball interferes with proper drinking rhythm. Priorities.

An old blue tarp rolled up to hang as a curtain. You maybe could make that column a bear pole.

No stain, nothing!! Light sanding to knock off the burrs. Don't tell anybody but I used 3/4 T&G (sub-flooring) for my floor. Real woodsy/mt. house like. :rolleyes:
