New for 2009 is the hostel at www.thecabininthewoods (http://www.thecabininthewoods). free shuttle to and from Stecoah gap and free breakfast all for $30/night Can sleep up to four hikers. has hot plate, outdoor shower and bathroom. Cabin also available for larger groups. at $50./night. Free shuttle with cabin, make your own breakfast

Neel gap, Helen GA, Hiwasee inn,Ron Havens, NOC, Cabin in the Woods,Inn at Fontana, Gatlinburg, Standing Bear, Sunnybank, Hemlock Hollow, UncleJohnny's,GreasyCreekFriendly, Mountain Harbour B&B, Kincora, Braemar Castle, Damascus....pretty soon you'll be able to hike the whole AT without even camping out.

trail budget. $2500 for hikers, $10,000 for hotel and hostel hoppers. On the plus side look at all the money you could save in gear. You wont need a tent, a hammock, a sleeping bag, a stove.... A water bottle and a fanny pack would about cover it. Seriously I wish you great success. Its nice to have the option of stepping of the trail wherever you are should the need or desire arise.

has hot plate, outdoor shower and bathroom.

Does the outdoor shower have hot water?

How about Laundry?
