View Full Version : Freeze Dried Vegetables
What is everyone's favorite company to get freeze dried vegetables from?
THere is a brand that's sold at WHole Foods called "Just______"" Fill in the blank with your chosen food.
I've used them, but I"m still partial to just dehydrating bags of frozen veggie
You might want to check this (http://www.harmonyhousefoods.com/Dehydrated-Vegetables_c_1.html) out. These are dehydrated, not freeze dried, but the taste quality is excellent. The Vegetable Soup Mix blend offers a nice combination of veggies.

I'll second that. I've used the Just Veggies (mixed vegetables), Just Corn, and Just Peas.

Trader Joe's for freeze-dried and dried fruit
For bulk supplies here is a "dooms day" company that I buy from in #10 cans.
