Prescription medicine

Most prescription medicine recommends that it is stored within a certain temp range. Mine has a low range of 59 degrees. With a start date nobo in mid Feb how do I keep the medicine within a certain range since the temp will certainly be much colder.

Put it inside your jacket next to your skin.

Ben is your medicine an injectable or tablets or what. That makes a difference

GB, be sure to check the max temp range for heat exposure too, especially once summer arrives. I have to be careful with one of mine not getting over +96*F, it's fine as long as I don't leave it in my pack in direct sun.
