In his letter, Gene ( the 2nd thru-hiker of the AT ) said he was named the
Grand Marshal of the Trail Days Hiker Parade by the festival officials ! ! !

This will be a straight-up reception / social hour, where all us hikers and friends and get-together socially INSIDE one of the largest buildings in
Damascus ( - a nice change,since we usually meet up outside at camp or on the trail in the woods,etc ) . This OUR FREE HIKER EVENT at TD's !
