I made a BMT slideshow that I am burning to DVD.

Very nice Mags. Another beautiful trail in the Southern Appalachians. I hope to visit the area next year for an AT thru. This is another trail idea for the future. Thanks.

Ramble On! That's awesome, I'll have to look into that - Pickin' on Zeppelin. I've heard a few tracks out there of a similar thing done with Neil Young.

At the end of this month, I plan on doing a little backpacking in Utah (with Chris here from WB) and after that, shoot on over to Garlic08's and do some backpacking in AZ. :)

Cyberlink Power Director. Came with my low end laptop no less. (Amazing what computers can do for the price now!) The text slides were simply .JPGs I made in Powerpoint that I saved in well, .jpg format.
re: The BMT overall
As mentioned before, it is a great little trail. For those who want something a bit off the beaten AT path, I can't suggest it enough.

I really enjoyed the slideshow. And, for the time constraints that a lot of us have, it seems to be a great option to consider.
