What PAD to go with sleeping quilt ????

What would you recommend for a SLEEPING PAD if one uses a Thru Hiker's
make-your-own-gear primaloft SLEEPING QUILT ??? Since the quilt provides little pading, unlike a sleeping bag, I would think it would be better to get a more padding sleeping pad.

Me...I love my Therma-Rest Ultra Lite. I forget the exact name of it but I am pretty sure it is their lightest weight full size. Packs down to a little bigger than a Nalgene and weighs ? not much.

[Hammock Hanger]

I have run the gammit on pads but have once again returned to a thermarest as it is good on the ground when I cowboy camp, good in shelters, and helps reduce the cold in the hammock. I have the new 3/4 Prolite model and it weighs under a pound I think 13 ounces fold very small.
