I am and adult leader of a Boy Scout Troop and wondered if there are any hiking videos that you know of that are appropriate for young teens. I have "Walking With Freedom" and really enjoy it but wonder if the shots of alcohol, cigarettes, tatoos will go over well with some parents?
We have formed a "Venture Patrol" consisting of our oldest boys who are on the path to Eagle Scout and we are also going to Philmont NM this summer.
My intent is to have the boys view a video or two (with some popcorn and drinks) as a reward for some major accomplishments and ideally I'd like them to get even more enthused about backpacking.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
