5 ounces. This is pretty exciting. I carried a G9 on my thru, and a 1lb 420ex speedlight for the last 115 miles, with really excellent results. I was wishing I had had it for the whole hike, but the flash was too heavy and bulky. If I had had something like this I would have carried it the whole way. The older version of this does not have a tilt head, which made it pretty much useless.
