I broke a pole in half and was thinking of "doweling" it with a carbon piece a couple of inches long, epoxying it in place, and putting carbon tape and epoxying the out side.
Anyone have a short piece of carbon fiber rod or small tube on hand to send me?

Use Fiberglass from Lowes it will work you do not need any tape on the outside. dowel will be enough.

They will also have carbon extentions at a golf club repair shop.

All these sound good . BUT if you have access to a shop that carries your poles, you can probably get them fixed free of charge.

Exactly, since these are home made you don't have to ship them to yourself and since you made them yourself the labor is free. Lowes or the golf shop still wants money.
