Somebody posted awhile back asking for recipes using peanut butter ,but I couldnt find the recipe until now when I wasnt even looking for it .Go figure...
Anyway here it is its easy,cheap,fast and good
1 cup dry milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1 cup graham cracker crumbs -Instead of graham crackers you can use the same amount of uncooked oats ,granola etc or any combination.top with extra graham cracker crumbs,etc.
Just mix the ingredients in a bowl and spread evenly in a shallow pan or dish .
Refrigerate for awhile to firm them up if you want to cut em into bars or you could carry it in those squeeze tubes,plastic jar etc.
Theres lots of other things that can be added like dates,peanuts,raisins ,plenty of cicadas around if thats the way your stick floats lol Those little marshmallows would prolly be good in it.
I think Im gonna try making some of this with that PB max peanut butter that Hammock Hanger was talking about in another thread,because I saw it in the store in at least 4 diferent flavor combos!! HMMM!
